This half-day retreat concludes the 5-week Mindfulness Based Cancer Resilience training. Put all your new skills and new mindsets into practice, becoming more confident and grounded throughout the day. Learn how an extended period of slowness and silence creates tremendous peace in the mind and comfort in the body. Participants frequently report this retreat is the most rewarding aspect of the program.
Retreats are open to all participants of previous MBCR training through the Center for Wisdom and Wellness. Strengthen your practice, refresh your skills, and meet new friends by attending retreats throughout the year.
