MBCR Mindfulness Based Cancer Resilience (week 3)

Through the cancer journey our mind is often an enemy. This in-depth 5-week program trains you use the mind as a partner in healing, allowing you to feel more stable, more comfortable, and more empowered through your diagnosis, treatments, and survivorship.

Weekly sessions explore relaxation techniques, gentle movement (adapted for physical limitations if needed), mindfulness practices, and group discussions. Four weeks of training conclude with a half-day retreat to put everything you’ve learned into practice.

Loved ones and caregivers are strongly encouraged to register. Discover how learning and training together creates a unique support system through the highs and lows of cancer.
